Our pricing policy :

For out of Guarantee service calls (within 5 miles radius or Braintree)

Microwave Ovens @ £23.00. Over 10 miles @ £26.00 plus parts
Vacuum Cleaners @ £13.00. Over 10 miles @ £16.00 plus parts

All prices subject to V.A.T at the prevailing rate.

Estimates :

We will charge a minimum fee of £10.00 for Microwave Ovens and £7.50 for Vacuum Cleaners brought into our workshop.

For in home estimates, the charges will be £14.00 and £10.00 respectively. (within a five mile radius of Braintree)

All prices are plus VAT at the prevailing rate.

Note!
Non collected appliances shall be disposed of if not collected within 3 months

Repair Guarantee :

All repairs carried out are guaranteed for 6 months for labour and 12 months on the parts fitted (where appropriate)

Saturday Workshop Repairs

Only available at our workshop. (between 0900 - 1700 hrs ). If you bring your appliance to us in the morning we will endeavour to have it ready for collection before we close ! (Subject to parts / fault condition)

If we cannot repair your appliance the same day we may be able to loan you an alternative ! (Subject to availability)
